The conference will take place September 26–29, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

ZMED is developing two software platforms that address different stages of surgical care—one focused on creating a complete procedural record and the other on supporting surgeons through real-time visualization and procedural guidance during surgery.

Although developed independently, CloudCapture and the Surgeon's Video Toolkit are designed to work together, connecting the procedural record with real-time intraoperative support across the surgical workflow.

ZMED will demonstrate CloudCapture, a surgical video capture and review platform that transforms surgical video into a structured, searchable procedural record for documentation, review, education, and collaboration. The company will also demonstrate the initial capabilities of the Surgeon's Video Toolkit, a developing suite of surgeon-controlled software technologies for the operating room, including real-time visualization, measurement, workflow, annotation, and procedural guidance.

The Surgeon's Video Toolkit is being developed to support surgeons during the procedure with real-time visual workflow tools, including grids, overlays, timers, annotations, snapshots, procedural markers, workflow guidance, and future software-assistive capabilities. The goal is to provide useful visual and contextual information without disrupting surgical workflow or replacing surgical judgment.

At ACS Clinical Congress, ZMED will invite surgeons, clinical leaders, and technology partners to engage with the company's development team, experience live demonstrations, discuss clinical use cases, and provide input on how surgical video technology can better support the surgical process.
